Thanks to the EPA (again!) you can only find the non-RFG at country side or Alaska (the state banned the RFG). That's why I always stop at the gas stations in rural area whenever I have a trip out of Dallas. You can smell the gas to distinguish the RFG and non-RFG, If you smell strong chemical (MTBE) and feel dizzy, it's RFG for sure. Chevron used to post a warning sign that using the RFG may cause the engine fire since it will dry-out the rubber faster and cause the fuel leak. No longer though.
