I have had KYBs in all of my cars....Rabbits, Cabrios, Subarus, and my Westy. I have had only one fail after 120,000 miles, this was replaced for free thanks to Ron Salmon. Dollar for dollar there is no comparison, if they fail they are replaced for free, where is the debate???

BTW, has anyone besides me had their valve covers rust through? It was quite a shock but an easy fix.
