Good point. I must admit it's my fault that you had to think of it, since I replaced the motor mounts at the same time I replaced all the clutch parts ;) I must admit, after replacing all that stuff, I thought I'd won the shuddering wars. But nope.

Got pmail today suggesting that the new Sachs replacment clutches (I'm presuming that means clutch plates) look quite a bit different from the old ones; hopefully it'll cure the shuddering problem.

The rear spring sag idea is a new one to me.... gonna have to think about that. How much do they sag? I have a Westy so it's heavy back there, and it's usually loaded up with all the tools I need to fix it in the middle of nowhere!
