Hi all,

I'm replacing a broken sliding door handle on a '82 Vanagon and would
like to switch the lock cylinders so that the same key works all locks.
I can't figure out how remove the cylinders.

Anyone help?

I'm scared to go to a locksmith.  My manual (yes, that darn Haynes one,
not the Bentley) doesn't cover this procedure.  Couldn't find a match
searching the archives, either.
