Per - Gee, you've really thrown a "monkey wrench" into what I was after! Your speedo shows "1000" under the "KmPH"??? Let's see, that should mean 1.0 revolution per 1.0m traveled. Circumference of the tire would have to be 1.0m, which would mean a tire diameter of 318mm or 12.5"??? That's about the size of the tires on my riding lawn-mower! Have to admit that I loaned my Bentley, a month ago, to an '86 Vanagon auto load of hippies who broke down in my little country town, on their way to Atlanta for a "festival" and then on to Arizona for another festival and haven't gotten it back yet. I do remember, though, that it claimed the number indicated the number of revolutions per mile the speedo turns. ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE NOTICED THE NUMBER??? BOB - WA4RRN |
