Had one replaced on my 90GL. Was told that this is one part that has not changed over the years. Try to keep the seal intact, this cost 110$ or so. If you do not want to bear the ouch of VAG part, PPG and Pilkington make good aftermarket replacements. They meet DOT standards for the US.
