Sorry, Rob, the rack never did have a model number on it and the original sales receipt is long gone. Check some of the high-end ski and cycle shops in your area. That's the type of store where I got my rack. They'll have to dig thru a Thule catalogue to find it, I'm sure. Good luck! Roy O.
