the tire's I bought are also the light truck variety, I should have stated their size as LT195/75R14. But I know they weren't made by Michelin. The name started with a "b". Bridgestone or BFGoodrich. The Costco guy did know about the Michelin tire sized just for the Vanagon and could order them at about $80 each.

Costco also sells a LT Kirkland tire. The archives has the number. I just bought a set. So far I am very pleased.

The same message in the archives alludes to the fact that this tire is manufactured by Michelin. Confirmation of this fact would be nice, but I am pleased with the tire anyway. The price was about $50 US.

Thanks Ed
