gmbulley you asked,

<< I imagine in the near future, cooking simple, but delicious meals on the STOVE from fresh food from the FRIDGE while washing my hands and cleaning the plates in the SINK. Is this reality?

It will be, If you get a Westy.

How much/often do you use your "appliances" in the Westy, and (while we are at it), how many bring other grown-ups with you, and use BOTH beds?

Fridge: always, sink & stove...every trip, but as I stated before, not for every meal. I use the on board fresh water, never hooking up a hose. A Port-A-Potti is a necessity. As for your second question, in 4 1/2 years, and 70,000 miles, twice.

<< Is my Westy-lust justified, or should I just enjoy my kneeling-in-the-bus, packing-ice-in-the-94-quart-cooler, pump-up-the-Coleman-stove existence? >>

Get that lust out o' your heart and go for it!
