The Norcold 3163 is the Winnebago-spec'd unit that ships with the Eurovan Camper as well as the Rialta. It is much bigger (and uses newer technology) than the old Dometic 182b of the Vanagon era. This necessitated completely re-building (from scratch) the Westy cabinet to accomodate the wider and deeper Norcold.

I will post pictures of my custom, stock-looking cabinet later this week. FWIW, I bought the factory-refurbished unit directly from the Norcold factory (but don't tell them I did!). I suspect, you could purchase one from any Winnebago or Norcold distributor.
