I have an watercooled 83 Westy with a sticky
accelerator.  I lubed the hinge points un the little
box under the spare tire, but it still sticks.
Has anyone replaced an accelerator cable on one
of these babies?  It looks tough because the
cable sheath appears to be affixed to various
points hard to get to, like under the fuel tank
and under the aux heater.  Can it be removed
without taking a bunch of big things off?
