Nope. The Norcold 3163 is built by Norcold to Winnebago's specifications for use in the Eurovan Camper as well as the Rialta. And yes, it is three-way. It also isn't susceptible to being out-of-level, unlike the Dometics of yesteryear. This fridge is only available from Winnebago distributors, though I suspect you could get it custom-ordered from any Norcold distributor/retailer.
