Some people sell the sheaths but you can buy braided stainless covered hose with the proper ends assembled onto them. The line is called Aeroquip and are sold in speed shops, high performance boat shops and air plane equipment vendors. In Southern California a shop called Earl's Supply will make to order, at least they used to, any diameter and length hose you want to pay for. They also sell premade brake line kits and radiator hoses.
