> wondering about the handling charateristics of my Multvan. I'm older and not prone to testing the vans limits as I might have been in my youth, but I'm curious about anyone with experience driving the vans on twisty roads and the vans propensity, or lack of, to tip over. Does anyone know, do the vans give you adequate "feedback" before they start to lean enough to actually rollover?<

having owned everything from porsche speedsters [1955&1956 and 6 other porsches in all] to jag e type [1964] to super 7 [westfield 19?] and a lot in between, the syncro handles pretty well for a big box and while i have driven it quickly on very winding roads, have never been concerned w/ a roll over, let alone one that was not telegraphed well in advance. i did have a jeep cj-5 that could bite w/o very much advance notice but that had solid diffs and leaf springs at all corners; not to mention a very short wheelbase and wide tires. it's no super 7 [very little is!] but it is the best handling van that i have ever driven. i am sure that listees have rolled a few in off road excursions but i doubt that there are too many rolls that could be attributed to poor handling.
