Yes- I called, I went, I had to buy. It does need a tranny, typical 4th gear gone/broke, but that can be fixed. I did drive it in its other gears and it was exactly like my 86 Syncro GL in that the tranny was not grinding or loud at all, just that there was no 4th. The rest of the vehicle was in very good condition except for the sliding door and the body slightly behind it got a good scrape/dent from a careless turn into something(any one have a spare door FS-Flash silver, and there is a little seam rust that can be repaired. It does not have AC or power steering, like my 86, but the fact that it is a Westy is , to me, just fantastic! Now, although it is a Westy, it has no sink/stove/fridge, just the pop top, folding table, bed, and rear cabinet, back facing seat w/ ice box underneath. Is this really a Multivan Syncro or a Westy Syncro? Either way, I would rather have the interior room/passenger capacity and use my portable stove etc. when actually camping or road tripping. It’s a really great looking vehicle, It’s going to cleanup well-I cant wait to get it on the [dirt] road!

Raúl 86 Syncro GL - Tranny almost fixed 87 Syncro Westy(?) Wolfsburg, Flash Silver - Tranny gotta get fixed!
