When the high speed fan comes on the compressor is turned off. I'm trying to get it to stay on.

I followed the wire from the compressor. Can't find the switch. The control box on the dash was no help. I suppose I could run another wire back to the compressor to insure it has power at all times the AC is turned on but I'd rather be neat about it. Anybody know how this thing is wired up?
