Believe i have found westfalia mecca (in the northeast at least). On my recent trip to Cape Cod last week lost count of how many vanagon westfalias we saw. never have i seen so many out and about in the northeast. most were the color of lobster bisque (how fitting). Most were spotted out towards the tip of Cape Cod. Wish i had a synchro westy to travel to those isolated beaches only accessible by 4x4's. did see an 87 synchro (non-westy) at a local dealer back home. are synchro's stiff enough to have a pop-top hole cut into them or is extra stiffening done when made into a westfalia? just a dream. Only saw one loaf westy on the road (two parked), one for sale on Rt 6 near truro.

eric.henning@bailey.com 80 westy
