Actually the whole thing depends on outside air temperature.  A/C systems work
on a temperature difference.  60 degrees might be great if the outside air
temperature is 105.  It might be terrible if the outside air temp is 70.  I
need to know how hot it was when he took his reading.  Then I can get a better
idea if you system is working properly or not.
