I got one from the junkyard for $250 in January, looks almost like new. It is the same gray upholstery as in our '89 Westfalia, it has center spilt back rest that folds forward and has out board folding arm rests. Price included seat belts, rails to mount to floor and all mounting hardware. The yard is Campbell-Nelson Volkswagen in Seattle; they appear to keep most interior parts in a building out of the weather. They also had blue and brown seats with fixed backs, some in the low $100's.

The seat works great for hauling the grandparents and kids around town. The seat with arm rests just fits between the sliding door and kitchen cabinets. I remove the back table and tightening knob when the middle seat is installed, otherwise the table-tightening knob gets in the way when folding the seat and arms.
