The clutch master cylinder is right in front of your feet, not under the dash like the brake master cylinder. The two share the same fluid reservoir. If the brake master cylinder is leaking you'll typically see drops of fluid hangin off the underside of the dash, in addition to a damp carpet under your feet. If the clutch master is leaking you'll get the same damp carpet, but it's not as easy to see where the leak is coming from.

If you're having a shop do the work, you might have them replace the clutch slave too; it's not uncommen for them to fail more or less at the same time.
