Tbill; I traced this circuit out on our 85. The relay that controls this function is in a small cluster of relays separate and above the fuse block. Mine was fastened to the bottom lip of the dash. The main question is why do you want to do this? If my van did not have one I would add it! It seems like a very good idea; if the high speed fan comes on your are darn near boiling over. Why labor the engine(with the compressor) and pump more heat (from the condenser) into the radiator?
