Did you test those glow plugs? Take each one out and hook a battery charger to it. Put the red clamp on the threaded end, and the black on the base that screws into your head. Plug the charger in and if the glow plug doesn't glow red after a couple of seconds, toss it and replace.

This may not be your problem since if it's warm where you are, you should be able to start it without much effort.
