Considering the mileage and rust, I think that price is extreme. Considering the amount of work needed at once is an indication that it was driven till it dropped. I would find out if the Trans has been recently rebuilt and also the status of the front diff. If these items are original, at least plan on rebuilding the transmission soon. At this mileage you must also consider the cooling system (radiator, heater cores, hoses). And does the AC work? How about the steering rack? Also, what does there warranty really cover? Get it in writing and signed in front of a notary. At the risk of upsetting someone, I think $12 to $14K is more appropriate.
