Most businesses need a few years to recoup from the initial capital investment needed to start them. I would think that Mr. Salmon is quite aware of his understaffing problem, and given the circumnstances, he would hire more staff in a heartbeat. However, the Bus Depot has only been in business for how long? I'm sure that Ron Salmon sweats his payroll as it is, no matter how good business is doing. Yes, the consumer is inconvenienced- I have yet to order from the BD because I passed in favor of going to my FLAPS to get some parts. When I know EXACTLY what I want, and have a flexible time base to work with regarding this part, sure, I will order there, just to check it out. As it stands, though, I can't hold anything against them. I don't think they enjoy being swamped like they are.
