There's not a lot to remove in order to pull the sender.First,remove the emissions vapor canister and it's bracket,then spray the best rust penetrant you can find on all of the bolts holding the sender to the tank,disconnect the wires,wait awhile for the penetrant to work,and VERY carefully remove the bolts and voila'-pull it out! Good luck with those bolts if the van has been in a lot of salt!
