Here in the midwest, any VW bus is a relative rarity.  I always wave to any
VW bus, be it splitty, bay, vanagon, or EV.  Sometimes I get a return wave,
sometimes not.  Other vanagoners seem more likely to return a wave than
air-cooled or EV owners, but I wave anyway.  We're all VW busers, after
all.
