Craig - Depends! My '85 GL brought quotes from $800 up to $1500 from your "normal shops". One of my clients does "color sanded lacquer" paint jobs & suggested $2500 would be a fair price. (personally, I'm worried about the demise of those little lac bugs).

Find a friend who had a vehicle painted, a few years ago, andis still satisfied with the job. Go to whomever they went to.
