Hello Can somebody educate me on "intake manifold vacuum" I'm reading at idle 14.5 in Hg Can this cause hesitation on an 87 Vanagon? To my knowledge I should have 19-20 in Hg will bad compression or compression imbalance cause the vacuum to be less.
