Hey Karl

I can describe it well & they have some pix on the website

it is the same circumference as round part of the window crank and approx 1/2" thick

one side has the female end of the gear, the other side has the male end. You could probably get a decent wax mold off of your crank....

If you really need it, I could part with one of mine as long as you promise to give it (or a reasonable functioning facsimile) back. I'll even send you the extended screw so you can make kits.

BTW - as for the outrageous S/H, I offset it by picking up some nice floormats for my scirocco... cost .20 extra to ship those....
