I live 45 minutes from Rons shop and never have any problems with my orders. I always pick up my parts to save on shipping. Every time I have been to his shop he has been extremely busy. More busy then I would ever want to be. Cut the guy some slack and and enjoy the discounts you get on your parts or buy your parts from someone else. Remember, more employees equals more overhead which equates to higher prices, just like every other vw parts company in the business. I believe Ron can offer low prices because of low overhead. Have you ever seen prices as low as Ron's in any of the VW magazines. I personnaly will put up with busy phone lines to get cheaper prices. This my opinion. Ron, I hope you don't mind me expressing my opinions. John.
