Subject: KILL THREAD!! RE: In defense of Ron at Bus Depot

Mark, can you not read that several people have asked that this thread be killed?

If anyone on this thead had even read the original message I posted, I praised Ron. There are some real bone-heads here when it comes to the "Ron Love In". *** Ron was NEVER ATTACKED ***

You guys are defending an attack that never happened. Go back and READ the original message.

I guess a sobject of "Open Letter To Bus Depot" offends some of you like "Go to hell, Bus Depot Sucks!", or "Ron is an Ass Hole and never cares".

The "Open Letter" content was nothing more than a plea to Ron that he started out on these e-mail lists and that he needs to considering e-mail on equal terms with telephone for taking orders. Premise being that not being able to get orders is actually costing him $ vs. not hiring more help.

PLEASE KILL THIS DAMN THREAD. Ron was NOT ATTACKED and DOES NOT need defending. He already responded, as have 20 people who all pretty much agreed he is doing great business and is too busy.

That is all that my original "Open Letter" ever said of any negative form, "he is too busy and orders can ge placed."

Volks, We have been through this numerous times, our Vanagon specific vendors -should - be supported so long as they do thier best to support our orders. To those Volks who are complaining against Ron and Bus Depot in this case I say this: if you can't forgive any relative incoveniences experienced by dealing with an overtaxed small businessman (been there), then you always have the option to go to THE DEALERSHIP! But of course so many of the incessant complainers will not do this due to the usurious pricing structure from VOA and instead choose to flame our List vendors in what I percieve to be a childish response to minor inconveniences. I have traded with Ron, and have had some issues with my service with Bus Depot, all of which Ron remedied very expeditiously once he was made aware of the problem. IMHO, that is all we can ask for.
