It already exists to some extent. Some are more shy than others. I've gotten some very enthusiasic waves from "loafs" as well as "toasters." Got one today, in fact, from a Westy and we have a Weekender.

I have gotten snubbed by older loaf drivers. I guess we waterboxer guys don't rate 'cause we haven't burned enough valves and they don't know about the head gaskets. :-)

BTW, we're driving up to Williamsport, PA today and after dropping my wife off at her parents' place, I'm going on to Pittsburgh tomorrow morning. If ya see the white "fog lights with van attached," that'll be us. :-)
