my wife does the same (she drives an audi)... although to the defense of those that do not wave, i have noticed when driving our '90 westy that i always seem to catch vanagons passing by, but often only in the corner of my eye, i then confirm my siting in my mirrors but it's too late to wave. i think to myself... am i a "non-waver"?

it all rolls into one...
