Hi everybody, I recently purchased an 82 vanagon and would like to know some information about it or where to find info about it. It is an 82 westy and i would like to know where are good places to buy parts. It has the stove and fridge one of the burners on the stove doesn't work the knob seems to be stuck, and when using the refrigerator how do i use the gas option i read the instructions but no help as far as figuring out if its on or not. Also i have a couple of panels that need to be recoverd (roof panels) does anyone know where i can get a suitable material to match the orginal to recover these with? Also any information on how to use the auxilary heater booster would be helpful. I have the bentley for the vanagon but it fails to explain how to use things. Any information will be GREATLY appreciated! :)
