Unless the bushings are shot, the distributor can be fixed, (if it is really bad) and I doubt the air flow meter is a problem. Has the O2 sensor circuit been tested? If it is working, it will override a slight calibration problem in the AFM. Also, check the temp sensor and related wiring.
