Subject: That Pesky Dometic Refrigerator...

I'm still trying to figure out why my 'frig doesn't work on 12VDC or propane at all. Here's the current status:

1. My Dometic 'frig works PERFECTLY on 120VAC; It easily brings the temp inside to 50 deg F below ambient.

2. The propane lights just fine (I can see the flame in the port, and the flame indicator light is on). Also, I can see the flame get bigger/brighter when I turn the thermostat to MAX on the 'frig.

3. When "on" propane, the outside vent gets hot, but I can't hear any sound whatsoever.

4. I hear no fan noises on 12VDC or propane.

5. Both of the fuses in the little box behind the driver's seat are fine, and there is 12VDC at that point (both tested with a Volt-Ohm meter).

...

Any ideas?

Thanks, Marty still tinkering... _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!? Get your free @yahoo.com address at http://mail.yahoo.com
