It's not perfect...the two ends are pushed in towards the back of the van. There's no rust and the dings actually look symmetrical :) Unfortunately I do not have the end caps :( I would be willing to part with this bumper for cheap...to help you pass inspection. Otherwise, I'll sell it to anyone who might be interested in it. Let me know.
