Kris: I was also missing the cap on a previous westy, I found that the small shampoo bottles (like the ones in hotels) fits perfectly, being pushed down from inside of the tank. Also a cork would do. Also try a boating store, as they have plugs for the rear of boats that bulge (must have an official name) when the flap is moved and this could be used form the underside, they come in different sizes. But be careful not to fit it too tightly as you may crack the pipe. I'd suggest putting a screw clamp around the drain pipe to make sure that the plug does not break the pipe. Good luck.
