Yeah, VW Bus Camp was huge, with over 30 busses.  Other vanagons & busses were scattered through the desert, including the Massive
Hippy Breakdown Bus, which broke down 8 times on the way from SF to Black Rock City!  Otmar was there with his Stretch Vanagon and
motorized couches.

My van, freshly washed and waxed for the trip, is now playa brown, having weathered two dust storms.  My westy tent also needs a
REALLY good bath!  On the way to BRC, I had a tire explode, leaving Dan and I to spend a wonderful afternoon in Sacramento looking
for a new spare wheel and tire.  (They have a HUGE junkyard area there, including one which specializes in german cars!)  The 110
degree Sacto temperatures were a small precursor to the 120-degree daily high in Black Rock City.

I hope to see you all at next year's burn!
