The water tank, if installed, is located under the rear bench seat, on
the driver's side.  The inlet hose from the outside utility connection,
outlet to sink plus electrical connections connect to this tank.

Perhaps it has been removed to provide for extra storage, as the previous
owner of my Westy did.
