Well, it kinda fell off. I noticed it working a little roughly at BBTA, and spent awhile looking at it. There is (was) a train wheel looking thing that like it was separated/separating. It rolled on the track, and the track was a little bent, so I wasn't sure if that was the problem or the wheel. I got my answer today. The little wheel broke in half and the door fell down, got stuck and chipped my paint. I managed to jiggle the latch around and get the door shut, but I don't want the children to get used to coming out the front doors. How do I go about fixing it, and where do I get the part(s)?

PS. If you were trying to look at the BBTA pics from 5 to 9:30, the server took a nap when I did. It's working now.
