Subject: Q:Propex Furnace Electrical Problem

Our Propex 1600 Furnace has developed an electrical problem. We have a small leakage current through the furnace even when the thermostat is turned off. Its enough of a leakage that the Optima 750 auxiliary battery goes flat in about two weeks. Otherwise the furnace works fine. It starts, runs and turns off as it should. Until I get this problem resolved, I'll pull the fuse or put a switch in the 12v line.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Larry
