It has been my experience that you get what you pay for here. For $82 its probably as good as you can get for that price. More than likely the CVs have had oversize ballbearings installed and new el-cheapo boots thrown in for good measure.

Keep in mind that at least in the rear of a Type 2 or Vanagon a new Lobro will run somewhere around $80+ or so dollars for just a single CV. At $82 for an axle... well.... you pays your money and takes your chances. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Todd Hill VolksWerks Transaxles Olympia, WA
