Something else to think about: after inspecting the city water plumbing connections which run behind the fridge and cabinets, I decided to never use the city water connections. I am concerned that one day the pressure on these whimpy connections will cause a leak. The lead could run for hours before being noticed and do a lot of damage. I just decided that if I have city water, it's easy enough to put some in the tank and use my pump. That way there is no pressure working away behind my fridge (a small spray on fridge electrical components, I shudder to think!) Bill
