Sudhir,
        I just took off the rear chrome bumper from my '81 Westy.  It's
not perfect...the two ends are pushed in towards the back of the van.
There's no rust and the dings actually look symmetrical :)
Unfortunately I do not have the end caps :(
I would be willing to part with this bumper for cheap...to help you pass
inspection. Otherwise, I'll sell it to anyone who might be interested in
it.
