>Ok, so my novice status is showing - big time....Is there an AC outlet in >a Westfalia or do I need to carry a DC/AC converter for my laptop when I >finally find "my" Westy? Jim jfritz@decorah.k12.ia.us All you need to do is get an auto adapter for your brand of laptop and plug into the cigarette lighter. While you are driving, the laptop will run off the car and the laptop battery will be charged. Remember, however, when you don't have the engine running, you will be draining the car's battery.
