I recently replaced the motor mounts at the same time as the oil cooler seals. I did it with the engine in. Procedure includes exhaust system, tin, fan and housing, etc. I lifted the engine a bit with a floor jack and did the mounts. Not bad, just takes time.

BTW, on my van, all four mounts were broken!
