Chris-

I called Chris with Weddle Engr. in Long Beach, CA and he stated that while he does not have a Syncro trans on the shelf he could build one for you and have it shipped to Sante Fe. His price on a top quality rebuilt transaxle is $2200 with a refundable $600 core charge. He also guessed and said that shipping from his shop to you would be around $100. Long Beach is about 2 hours from San Diego so you could make arrangements to stop by and get your core $$$ refunded. If you let him know ASAP you could probably have a trans delivered to you as soon as Wed. of next week.

This is the best that I have been able to come up with.

Is your wallet whimpering yet?? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Todd Hill VolksWerks Transaxles Olympia, WA

PS- No it's not gold plated! Thats right around the normal over the counter amount for a Syncro trans rebuild.
