MEMBERS, Drivers Against DRLs, an  observation from Dave Coe

If you log into  WWW.DOT.GOV ,
there are just 110 enteries in Docket 4124

This is a total, and I doubt that they are all anti-DRL.

Sept 21, 1998, the closing date for comments to NHTSA
is fast approaching.  We need to get our DRL comments letters in.

To have your comment read and logged in you must
reference or cite  "Docket No. 98-4124"
and address the letter to :

     NHTSA
     Docket Management Room Pl 401
     400 Seventh St. S.W.
     Washington, D.C.  20590

(Letters without the above reference, or not sent to the
above address do not get officially counted by NHTSA as a
complaint so it must be sent as above)

Also, please send a copy to your Senator or Representative
These should be addressed as follows :

     Senate Office Bldg    (or House Office Bldg)
     Washington ,D.C. 20590
