Doesn't anyone remember 10 mile-an-hour bumpers, or cars that would not start unless you had your seat belt on. This is nothing but crap! Most people have to learn to drive first.

If they want to do anything constructive they should make a federal law: You may not do anything except drive in the driver seat. No phones, makeup, shavers, smoking, eating or drinking, even heavy conversation. This would stop most traffic jams, road rage, a lot of accients.

Keep it under 100 M.P.H.
